The City of Victoria required an online grant application wizard to web-enable their application submission process. The online application needed to be user-friendly and provide session support so that users could have ample opportunity to fill out all 24 screens.

Highway Three Solutions was brought in to implement the application on a very short timeline (6 weeks to production). They completed all deliverables on time and the application was utilized for 2009 fiscal year. The application included javascript/php validation, persistent session and application information, and an admin section with reporting.
